Hello, fellow moderators. I am Victoria and I'm currently trying to take the course but I seem to be stuck on Module 4. I have read the information 3 times and taken the test 4 times. Failed each one of them and can't understand why. Anyone else struggled with it? what helped you pass the test? I just don't understand where I am wrong |

| Victoria Staneva | Ok, I got the email from your team which was, quite frankly, unhelpful. Aside from the advice to read the information again and take my time to absorb it before trying the assessment, there was nothing more. I really don't like the system where I can't see my mistakes. I don't need to be shown the right answer, just tell me which questions I got wrong enough to fail that assesment more than 10 times. How can I improve if I have no idea what part of the module should I work more on? In the lessons a hacker attack is put under the Serious escalation category. Yet, the question in the assessment is about real-time hacker attack which I think can fairly be classified as an emergency level escalation by sheer logic. Either give better information in the lessons or do something about the assessment feedback system, because there is something wrong going on here and I don't think it is all my fault. |
