Hi Ruta, It is good to hear from you :) In answer to your question it is quite difficult to provide you with an absolute answer on this situation as we know little about the details. One piece of advice we can give is that the user-generated content should still be in line with your site's guidelines of what is acceptable and what is not. The live element obviously offers a challenge and where possible you should use post moderation methods if you feel that the content is very inappropriate. Also ensure that your guidelines for comments on the social media platform are highly visible to your audience so that they are aware of the consequences etc. of posting comments. Ensure where possible that any word filter provision that the social media platform has is up-to-date so that automatic filtering can take place as well.
