Hi Chen, it's Lisa from Moderation Gateway. In response to your question and for the purposes of the assessment please make sure you are referring as closely to the guidelines as you can. This is what you must refer to in order to make the correct moderation decisions. As a moderator you will also need to think about the main users of the website - their age being very important. For example, if the website was aimed at children then user names with any type of hidden vulgar/sexual content should be removed. I agree that it can be quite unbelievable how meanings and messages can be hidden in a user name and children and teenagers can be especially good at hiding these messages. Protecting their PII is of utmost importance and a great job done by mods.
