Granted, this is more of a question than a reply.
I ve seen how cable TV providers have parental controls on what type of show can be watched. Why can't the internet have the same type of controls? Let's say you give your child a PC or mobile phone. You as a responsible parent pre-program the type of content that can be received on that particular device, and the system blocks out the rest. Maybe this isn't economically feasible, I don't know, but I sure would like to see this happen someday.
