Agreed. This is one of the many advantages of human moderation. It's true that automated moderation is getting more and more sophisticated but I believe there will never be a time when human moderation isn't needed.
When 'humans' are creating the content then human moderation (in conjunction with moderation software) is the safest and most thorough way of moderating.
I'm not convinced however sophisticated the technology becomes that it will be able to pick up human nuances alone.
