I'm sure this interest is helped greatly by the fact that I completed the course. Hopefully, I will start work in the New Year, when their recruitment re-opens... Further down the line, once I have gained strong experience as a Moderator, I would then like to utilise my management skills within the industry. I have a plan (always good!) so fingers crossed it works out. I shall certainly update on the forum with any developments. Thanks again, and all the best Rachel
