Hello, folks! New student here just posting to say howdy. I'm in the states, on the West coast. Not sure how many US people are signed up for training, but I'm really keen to get started and learn as much as I can. :) I've been working at home for roughly 10 years or so, primarily in customer service and community support. With my contract having just come to an end with my last company and a move to a new town with an awful lot of new background noise, doing phone support is just out of the question. I've always been interested in becoming a moderator and with this training, I'll be learning new skills that will hopefully help me to find a new work-at-home position where I can put my existing skills and new ones I'll learn here to good use. |
