Hi Tania :) Nice to hear from you on the forum and welcome to the training. It might be worth mentioning that this forum is used mainly for students who are currently working through the training. Only a few past students revisit this forum. We also have corporate students (currently employed) so your thread will not apply to them . Once you have completed the training I'd be happy to put you in touch with someone that has been through the process of training, volunteering as a Mod. and persevering to find moderation work. It is also worth noting that our training is a really good way to prove your competence levels once you have successfully passed the course.
